Easter 2019

We dyed eggs differently this year and it was easy, fun, and resulted in some really cool designs!
Our church eggspolosion was handled differently this year too, as a result of what you can see in the picture below. Vanessa was so excited to volunteer this year. And Zane and Hendrix drove through with their daddy while I greeted and directed traffic at Hilliard-Rome.
Vanessa's job was to collect empty eggs for reloading to explode from giant egg over and over.
After 3-4 hours on my feet in big chunky rain boots, Pastor Ben challenged Jim and me to race over for a group photo. (Jim showed no mercy.) I knew I couldn't run it with the conditions I just described it, but even so, I tried! My legs hurt for a few days! But so very funny!
And then we enjoyed playtime with cousins and dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's. Hendrix and Hank had a good system worked out for taking turns on the jumpy and trapeze bar. It was fun to watch them count and take turns.
