4th Month Review

Hendrix is much more engaging these days. In the middle of the night he forgets that he can flip or turn his body to get comfortable. He pulls, pushes and rotates in the exersaucer and grabs and grips. He doesn't only grab clothing and hair and jewelry -- he grabbed hold of a tendon in my neck and wouldn't let go.

He sits in his high chair and seems to enjoy the upright view. He enjoys swinging and grunts and grips each time he swings forward. He'll laugh and giggle. He removes his binkie and places it back in his mouth. It seems like he turns toward hearing his name. He attempted to grab his pee stream in the bathtub . . .

He wants to be heading toward bed about 8. Sometimes if you delay it even a tad too many days in a row, you'll wish you hadn't . . . :-)

Ohio Caverns

Ever since Vanessa's paleontology studies this last school year, she's been asking to go to Ohio Caverns. It was fun to hear her apply a tad of her knowledge.

Zoofusion

We've been to the zoo a few times since Hendrix arrived. But our trip the first week of summer was a full visit. We went back a week later for Dad's work outing. It was extra hot that day.

Where Troubles Melt Like Lemon Drops

Vanessa loves Avery. It's been fun to watch her move through the grades there. So much to celebrate, really.

I admit I didn't do a great job with taking pictures for the wrap up. I totally missed pictures with her teachers, regretfully. But I was able to steal a couple from friends and I was able to snap a couple with my phone.
Ming 3rd Field Day
 Vanessa spends Tuesdays with Maggie.
Vanessa and Grace are in class together and have known each other since K.
Caleb is another Minecraft buddy we've known since K. You can call them The Munchers! Don't ask me -- some weird goofy game that goes back a couple years ago, but they continue to keep it, like a secret language.
And a fun last day of school spent celebrating at Hailey's. These girls have become quite a crew. Scares me a tad, hence why I adjusted effects. :-) (Vanessa, Macie, Michayla, Abby, Hailey, and Grace)
