Summertime

Our days at the pool are going much better than last year. We've already been a handful of times. Hendrix usually wants a nap soon after arriving, so we haven't done too much with him, like the floating saucer, but if he's like his brother and sister, he won't like that floating thing either. :-)

He does seem to enjoy the lazy river, and so we just walk it over and over. Zane is tall enough for the blue, small slide now. We're exhausting ourselves by testing our bodies in the water. This is how summer is supposed to go, right? Thankful for our opportunity to soak it up.

(And I swear we're going to make this resuseable swim diaper work all summer. :-) Hendrix is already starting to outgrow it, it's a tight fit. Hoping he doesn't exceed 18 pounds before summer is over! Wearing 9 months already and even then, it's hard to make clothes go over his thick and broad shoulders, not to mention that huge noggin'!)
